Health for Prosperity Project Uganda (HPP) is an NGO that was initiated, set up and officially registered on 15th July 2016- registration no. 12197; under the government of Uganda NGO Act, CAP 113.
HPP Uganda is an indigenous, voluntary, non-political and non-discriminatory health services organization with its headquarters in Entebbe Town, Wakiso District-Uganda.

The aim of HPP Uganda NGO is to improve health literacy in Ugandan communities with focus on vulnerable and underserved individuals and group in communities.
Vision
The Vision of HPP Uganda is to See Healthy and Prosperous people in the communities.
Mission
The Mission is to empower people in communities with Healthcare knowledge, skills and practices.
Values
The 5 VALUES of HPP Uganda are: Team work, Respect, Understanding, Support, Trust Abbreviated as TRUST!
Objectives
The main OBJECTIVES of HPP Uganda shall be:

Promoting healthy well-being of people in communities and working together with residents regardless of age, ethnicity, ability, sex, religion, or political affiliation; recognizing the value of people’s many differences.

Partnering with institutions and organizations that promote healthy well being and prosperity of people in the communities.
Organizing health fairs in the communities in conjunction with district health offices (DHOs) and other related partners.
Offering healthcare services to patients in communities.
Delivering healthy life style education and wellness concepts to companies, businesses and organizations that employ people.
Facilitating establishment of health partnerships between schools and companies or corporations.
Raising funds and soliciting for contributions, where appropriate, to finance HPP Uganda NGO project activities.
Establishing HPP Uganda health facilities and centers in strategic locations to provide health services at reasonable costs to raise funds for sustenance of HPP Uganda NGO.
Undertaking any other activities that are lawful and deemed to be in support of HPP Uganda aims and objectives.
